We will arrange to visit you on a monthly basis, or any other time period that may be convenient to:

• Deal with any appropriate correspondence, including paying any outstanding accounts
• Review your bank statements to ensure that all expected income has been received
• Review statements for any unusual payments and investigate
• Prepare a report of your income and expenditure and forward to your next of kin, with your permission
• Check utility tariffs for best possible rates
• Review other expenditure and suggest alternatives

Property Management

With our link to WKH Chartered Accountants we have compiled a database of approved tradesmen. Through this we can organise for repairs to be carried out by trusted professionals.

We will organise the quote and manage the project. We can also review ongoing maintenance contracts, check insurance cover and property security.

We are also able to appoint a Partner of WKH Chartered Accountants to be a cheque signatory on your bank account for any amounts over £150. This should help to protect you against rogue traders.
